ConSOARtium
The ConSOARtium is the direct result of what happens when 2 women start talking. Rooted in a commitment to bring more professional development opportunities to local female leaders amongst a poor economic climate, 10 leading companies in Louisville, Kentucky have collaborated together to create the ConSOARtium.
This is a unique one day workshop focusing on crucial workplace issues facing professional females today. Together UPS, Brown-Forman, Churchill Downs, Fidelity Investments, Fifth Third Bank, Frost Brown Todd, General Electric, Papa Johns, Texas Roadhouse and Yum! Brands are launching this new effort with minimal investment by combining resources to attract first rate speakers and provide an engaging and effective format.
