Products

SOAR offers each of its program offerings (meetings one through nine) in customizable packages for use in-house under a train-the-trainer license arrangement.
SOAR also offers to bring its programming and coaches in-house through its “Dare to SOAR” offering. The “Dare to SOAR” program is customizable to meet the specific needs of the client while utilizing SOAR’s core content.

Services

SOAR coaches and facilitators are available for leadership coaching and individualized professional development. Services are fee-based dependent on scope of work.
