
DARE TO SOAR
The SOAR model is easily adaptable to serve a larger employee base for internal professional development and/or to compliment existing internal women’s leadership initiatives. This adaptation is called the Dare to SOAR program.
SOAR coaches work with a company to identify learning and behavioral outcomes and custom design a leadership development program to meet those outcomes. Dare to SOAR is currently being implemented in various SOAR member companies. Program participants become part of the SOAR brand community with access to many of the opportunities available to community members.
Participants rate the program very high. Ninety-four percent use the materials from the sessions to further grow their leadership skills; 99% feel the sessions are worth the time investment.
