
PARTICIPANT AND PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Program Overview
- 7 – 17 years in the workforce
- High potential – demonstrates a high level of professionalism and performance, exceeding the expectation of the job requirements
- Individual contributor – repeatedly demonstrates the ability to deliver on individual assignments
- Emerging manager/team or project leader – managing people and/or projects with approximately 3-5 years management experience
- Technical knowledge and experience in their chosen field
- Desire to lead and take on new challenges
- Committed to the pursuit of continued learning and growth professionally and personally
Program Schedule
- Nine meetings over a twelve month period as follows:
- First meeting is an overnight retreat
- Followed by eight one-half day meetings from 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM, and
- Culminating in a philanthropic leadership challenge project, Young Women L.E.A.D, not to exceed beyond the last three months.
- City meeting locations rotate among SOAR member companies
- Continental breakfast is provided at each meeting
