SOAR ACCELERATE/ALUMNI PROGRAM
At the conclusion of the twelve month SOAR program, all SOAR graduates are eligible to participate in the SOAR Accelerate/Alumni Program. Based on the needs of the different groups in SOAR cities, the participants choose what type of interactions and involvements they would like to have going forward. To that end, many participants continue their connections with each other through social hour get-togethers, monthly “lunch and learns,” and through a variety of social media vehicles. SOAR also invites alumni back to attend new SOAR sessions that are an evolving part of the the SOAR curriculum.
